Terms of Service
Welcome to easycheckin.ge (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our cloud-based online check-in platform, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, integrating our software, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service
easycheckin.ge provides an agile pre-arrival management platform that lets hospitality properties — hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, and vacation rentals — automate guest registration, securely collect identity verification, process digital payments, and sync data with third-party Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel managers.
2. Account registration & responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and tax requirements governing hospitality operations, guest-data collection, and lodging.
3. Guest data & relationship with guests
For data-protection purposes, you are the Data Controller of your guests' personal data and easycheckin.ge acts as the Data Processor. You are solely responsible for having the appropriate legal basis, consents, and privacy disclosures to collect, process, and transfer guest data (including identity documents and payment information) through the platform. While the platform facilitates collection of registration details, you remain responsible for validating this data and submitting it to local authorities, police databases, or tourism boards as required by your jurisdiction.
4. Fees, payments & billing
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, billed in Georgian lari (₾) based on your plan, room count, and enabled modules: monthly, at the end of each month for that month, or a year in advance on an annual term. Guest payment processing is provided by third-party processors (for example BOG, TBC, or Stripe); by using these features you agree to their terms, and easycheckin.ge is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from third-party payment processing. Failure to pay subscription fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including our software, user interfaces, branding, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of easycheckin.ge and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription term.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, easycheckin.ge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support, subject to any minimum commitment in your plan. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms and will note the date above. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
