A check-in system for apartments
An apartment has no front desk, so the guest checks in on their own: before arrival they scan a passport on their phone, sign, and get the door code or directions to the key. You no longer need to meet the guest at the door.
Self check-in, no key handoff
After booking, the guest receives a personal check-in link. It opens in the phone's browser, and the guest checks in whenever suits them: at the airport, in the taxi or at the apartment door. You see that the guest has registered, even when you are not in town.
The passport, and everyone staying
The guest scans a passport or ID card with the phone camera and the details fill themselves in. If several people are staying, each adds their own document from their own phone, so you know exactly who is staying in your apartment.
The door code, automatically
If the apartment has a smart lock, the system gives the guest the door code after check-in, by your rule: straight away or on the day of arrival. If you use a key box, the guest sees its PIN and your instructions at the end of check-in.
Airbnb and Booking.com bookings
Bookings arrive automatically from your channel manager or PMS, so a guest who booked on Airbnb, on Booking.com or directly gets the same check-in. When a booking is cancelled, its check-in link stops working.
Every apartment in one dashboard
One apartment or forty, they are all in one dashboard: who is arriving, who has checked in and who needs help. If several people manage the apartments, each has their own account and access.
