A check-in system for hotels
easycheckin.ge is a hotel check-in system: guests register before they arrive, on their own phone or at a lobby kiosk, and the front desk sees who has finished and who needs help. No paper form, no passport photocopy and no queue at the desk.
What a check-in system does
A check-in system keeps track of a guest's arrival: who is coming, who has registered, who has paid and who has a key. Usually a receptionist does this by hand, on paper or in a spreadsheet. With easycheckin.ge the guest does most of it themselves, before they arrive.
How the guest checks in
Every booking has its own check-in link. The guest opens the link or a QR code on their phone, with no app to download, in Georgian, English or Russian. They scan a passport or ID card with the camera, the details fill themselves in, they sign the registration card on screen and, if you have online payment switched on, pay the balance.
Companions add their own documents from their own phones, so everyone staying in the room is registered, not only the person who booked.
Bookings arrive on their own
If you use a PMS or a channel manager, bookings reach easycheckin.ge by themselves, from Booking.com, Airbnb or any other channel. When a booking is cancelled, its check-in link stops working. Without a PMS, you add a booking in the dashboard yourself.
The desk sees everything on one board
The arrivals board in the dashboard shows expected guests in three columns: needs attention, in progress and done. If a guest stopped at a step, the card says so, and a receptionist can finish the check-in for them at the desk.
Keys and the kiosk
If you have smart locks, the guest receives the door code automatically after check-in. If you hand out keys at the desk, the guest knows where to go. At a lobby kiosk the same check-in runs without a phone. The kiosk is an add-on module.
Guest data
Registered guests are kept in one list in the dashboard, which you can download as a file. Documents are stored encrypted and deleted automatically when the period you set runs out. Card details never reach our servers.

You create the account yourself and use it free for 30 days, with no card required. The price depends on the number of rooms, and we take no commission on guest payments. If you need a PMS connection or a kiosk, contact us and we will set it up together.
