Self-service check-in kiosk for hotels

How it works

The kiosk screen has two buttons: check-in and check-out. To check in, the guest finds their booking, scans a passport or ID card, checks the details and signs the registration card. At the end they get the door code, or directions to where the key is waiting.

To check out, the guest confirms they are leaving on the kiosk itself, with no stop at the desk.

The same check-in as on a phone

The kiosk is not a separate system. It runs the same check-in a guest can do from their phone before arrival, and the details land in one place. A guest who finished at home walks straight past it; one who did not finishes in the lobby.

Set up for your property

We set up the kiosk for each property: your colours and logo, which steps appear on screen, whether payment and the document scanner are on. We make changes remotely, and they reach every kiosk on their own.

The device

The kiosk runs on an Android terminal. A document reader, a QR code scanner, a key-card reader and a payment terminal can be connected to it. With a terminal connected, the guest pays any balance right there by card.

We can see that every kiosk is on and working, and restart one remotely when it needs it.

Who it is for

A kiosk earns its place when guests arrive together, such as groups or a late flight, when the desk is closed at night, or when one person at the desk has several jobs at once.
